Comments
Comments: Were the first ones out on the trail which was well packed out to the side trail to the falls then less packed out after that. Missed a turn to the 5th switchback due to a buried sign, a blow down, and tracks leading straight ahead. Backtracked when we reached open ledges and waist deep snow to realize what had happened. Lots of ice and exposed ledge from treeline to summit. Gentle but chilly breeze on the summit. On the return hike noticed that the buried sign was now visible. Stayed in snowshoes the entire trip. Traction is required particularly climbing the summit cone.
