| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Access road to Winslow Park is closed, but there is a small lot at the gate. It fits about 3 or 4 cars. When I got back to my car, there were some cars parked alongside the road. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow - Drifts, Snow/Ice - Postholes |
| Recommended Equipment: |
Snowshoes, Light Traction |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There was a blowndown not that far from the summit, but it was covered in snow so it was easily hopped over. Once this snow melts, it will most likely need to be cleared. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
I brought my adventure pup with me and he had a blast. We ran into two other dogs on the trail that seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. I was a little nervous during the road walk because of the snowmachines that passed us. Most gave us plenty of room, however, one came literally within a foot of us and scared the dog pretty good. |

Such an awesome little hike with a BIG payoff. The views are STUNNING. I was fortunate enough to have crystal clear 360 degree views from the summit. |
