Consolation prize about high winds made us turn around from Waumbeck. And what a prize it was. Crystal-clear views of the Franconia Ridge and great well packed trail. Three of us did snowshoes and one did spikes - all fine.
A happy 21st bday to the autistic wonderboys, our twins who helped us find this mutual passion through the NH 48 and beyond as we work our lists, hiking and otherwise. The journey is richly rewarding and I'm so glad you're mine. |
