| Comments: |
BRATTS heavy crew day on the lower Mt. Rowe Trail (blue blazed), working on drainage and mud bog situations on this multi use trail (hiking/mountain biking). This western approach to Mt. Rowe is really starting to come together and is a great alternative to walking up the communication tower access road on the ski area side.
Other hikers mentioned that there's only one tiny patch of snow remaining near the summit.
On a related note, the Belknap Carriage Road is now open for the season (daily until 6PM). |
