This was the third day of a backpacking trip. I stayed at Gentian Pond and headed back to success pond road via a bushwhack over North Bald Cap. I have done the bushwhack from Gentian to NBC before and both times hit swampy areas and tough clear cuts. I bushwhacked north from the summit and eventually hit logging roads that took me back to success parking. |
