No Parking sign at Carter-Moriah trailhead in Gorham. Stony Brook lot just a few cars, plenty of room. No fee. |

Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Easy small brooks, kept feet dry. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Excellent condition, recently worked on. Water bars were cleaned out and all blowdowns removed. |

Fine for dogs. |

| Bugs: |
Mosquitos and black flies out in force, especially near top and wet areas. Prevented enjoying lunch and long sightseeing stops. |

| Comments: |
Nice day for hike except for insects, but that is to be expected during a wet June. I saw no one on the whole trip, even on AT section of Carter-Moriah. I biked from Stony Brook to Carter-Moriah trailheads to make round trip. Goes over nice pedestrian/bike bridge in Gorham. |
