Comments
Comments: Planned on doing a 3 day Pemi trip with two of my buddies. First day we went from Lincoln woods until treeline after Lafayette. Wanted to make it to treeline but my friend was exhausted. He didn't feel better the next day so we roughed it out until the campsite. He over-exerted himself. We hiked out after spending the night down garfield trail.

All trails are in great shape considering the rain spells. Yes there is some standing/running water on trails and mud along the ridges but I've seen worse. Nothing too much to report. Saw plenty of people hitting the trails including AT thru-hikers. Shout out to Charolette who was the coolest caretaker I've met in my short hiking experiences. Had some great views first day but got rained out second day. Plan to hit the second half at some point. Over halfway now on my #48, at 25.
