Comments
Comments: OK - I had wanted to hike this one for YEARS after passing by the trail sign on the west side of Newfound Lake. I was thinking it would somehow actually go to the summit of Bear Mountain because I thought I remembered a trail from the top heading in this direction.... not so! Ended up looping around at the top near a road and swamp - didn't realize it until noticed I was crossing a snowmobile trail a second time... hmmm... that looks funny.... then I realized I had hiked the loop back down - ? Anyway, there should be a decent outlook but it was grown in. Nice woods and a nice trail!!!!
