Comments: Finally got to Mt Prospect (Holderness) on a clear day!!! Yay!!! From the top, I headed due north and found an old trail with cairns and occasional flagging. Fantastic broad outlooks along this old trail. Went about 1/3 mile to the edges of the north "knob" and spent about a half hour hunting around for the "Miser's Cave" - on old maps, but, I didn't have any luck finding it. Found some interesting stone walls and a fire pit, but, nothing else :( Still, very pretty hike! Met several groups - busy day there!!!!
