Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking for four or five vehicles at the ski trail trailhead on Dundee Road.

Water Crossing Notes: None of any significance. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: New Path is even more eroded due to its steepness than when I was here last year. One large blowdown has developed a bypass. The ski path is its usual wet and muddy self in the lower sections. All other parts of the loop in good shape.

Dog-Related Notes: Fine for dogs.

Bugs: Mosquitoes out a little later, but not terrible.

Lost and Found: Nothing and nothing. 
 
Comments
Comments: An afternoon loop over the Doubleheads in Jackson. Pleasant conditions overall. Still not sure why the wooded north peak is on the 52WAV list but the more open south peak isn't. Great expansive views from the open ledge between the summits. Left the cabin just as a group of boys were backpacking up for a stay.
