Comments: Margaret and I had a really nice hike on a beautiful day, and got a chance to visit with Larry (Old Man with a Saw) and some of his family on the summit. We accessed Asquam Ridge Tr directly from the end of Ravine Rd, without dropping down to the Lodge. The whack up to the high point of Waternomee from the Jim-Waternomee col was a bit dense in places (with no hint of a herd path, so I'm guessing this "peak" might not be on a list), but still only took about 30 min RT, and only two scratches. There is a very well defined herd path up to Blue (from shortly after the sharp turn to the N onto the East leg of the trail hairpin), so I'm guessing that this peak is on some list. The South Peak spur is now well marked with a big orange sign. The Snapper/Carriage Rd junction is signed (an old, leaning, brown one) but note that there a cairn on Carriage Rd about a tenth of a mile above the true junction, that seems to mark a herd path (that perhaps cuts the corner and drops down to Snapper, but maybe not).
