Comments
Comments: A lazy day hike with Anya in the Belknaps, my first time hiking here. From the busy trailhead, we headed off on the less traveled paths, and were rewarded by only seeing four people before hitting Mt. Major. The upper portion of Straightback Mountain Trail was fairly bursting with blueberries! We took our time, taking a few steps, picking a handful of berries, stuffing them in our grocery holes, and repeating. Mt. Major was busy, but the views were fantastic! Down the ledges and into the woods, we got back out to the car, went swimming in Winnepesaukee, and got some ice cream. Solid!
