Nice loop hike starting at Hale Brook Trail to the summit of Hale. Jumped on Lend-A-Hand Trail and at about 3450 ft we started our bushwhack to South Hale. Went over the 1st knob , through the cal and headed to the summit. Hit some marshy stuff and little bit of thick stuff but a fairly easy whack to the canister and back. Then jumped back on Lend-A-Hand Trail, a quick refill of water at the Zealand Hut, Zealand Trail and a road walk back to the car. |
