Comments
Comments: Nancy Pond Trail was in good shape. Immediately after the Nancy Brook crossing (not to be confused with the smaller crossings prior), Mt. Bemis Trail is obvious on the right. Excellent footbed all the way up to the scenic knoll. A bit grown in starting at the subpeak. Lots of climb over/crawl under blowdowns on that subpeak, but didn't seem as bad as I had heard it was. Footing not as good from col to fire tower remains, but not bad at all. Bushwhack from fire tower remains to summit was pretty thick.
