Parking/Access Road Notes: All parking lots near Ravine Lodge overflowing at 9 am, so parked along road.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: N.A. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Four of us rebuilt 20+ cairns on Carriage Road that had been knocked down by vandals earlier this summer, some being very poorly rebuilt by well-meaning hikers; also yelled at several nitwits to get off the alpine vegetation near the summit, with all but two complying. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Lots of dogs enjoying the fine weather with their humans. 
Bugs
Bugs: Large black flies (smaller than horse flies) above treeline were voracious. 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Picked up a bunch of trash, some of which was jammed into cairns.

Comments: Great days to be above treeline, especially for the Flags on the 48 folks.
