Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There's still the large blowdown just before the Croo Bridge over Bailey Brook -- it's been there since late winter/early spring. The small blowdown on the Clark Trail above PJ Ledge has been pushed to one side, its tip on the trail, easy to walk over. However, there's one new, 18-inch-diameter blowdown on the Clark Trail about a mile from its intersection with the Woodland Trail -- it can be stepped over.

Comments
Comments: Some sections of this route up Cardigan are perpetually muddy/wet even during a dry spell -- they are, however, quite dry now with just a bit of mud. I forgot how nice the rest of the Clark Trail is -- easy on the feet because of the soft trail bed -- past the Cathedral Forest Trail down to the intersection with the Woodland Trail. Ahhhhh...nice.
