Parking lot got full. The hunters had to park on the lower lot. |

Mostly in great shape. There are a couple of blow downs but they are easily stepped over. Few rocks were slippery. |

Saw one on the trail. He/She was happy to see us. |

| Comments: |
There were few other hikers all the way. One of the hikers guided us to a lookout, a little beyond the summit at Mt. Waumbek, where you can see the presidential range. Lookout for the gray jay at Mt. Starr King, that tries to steal food if you're not watching. |
