Trails are in good condition for the most part. Yellow blazes are easy to follow, although there are a couple of unmarked trails that cross the Kilkenny (trails not on maps either). Not surprisingly there is a lot of leaf coverage on the trails, and some small manageable patches of ice, snow and mud. Between Waumbek and Weeks there are a fair number of blown down trees that require a certain amount of maneuvering to get around, but they're passable. |
