Armed with a GPS loaded with a 1970 trail map of the abandoned Green Hill Trail, an hour's worth of bushwhacking failed to turn up anything but short sections that slightly hinted that they may have once been the Green Hill Trail. Maybe some other day I'll try the alternative bushwhack described in http://1happyhiker.blogspot.com/2012/05/views-from-iron-mountain-trailhead-and.html |
