Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Nice paved lot. Could use a outhouse like they have at locked bill lot.

Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment: Light Traction
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: There are a few. The first we encountered was at the junction of the Boulder trail and the Jesus valley beaver brook trail. There are several more with work around going down the brook trail.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: It would not hurt to add blazes along the boulder trail up high as many are either covered by snow or the trees that had them are now down or faded away. All and all a nice trail and much more comfortable with some snow covering many of the rocks.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Plenty water on route we took. We saw several happy dogs.
Bugs
Bugs: In hiding
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing

Comments
Comments: We went there to hopefully finish our Redlining of Major but the Jesus valley Brook trail only had one set of prints and we felt that at the hour of the day and not snowshoes we spend a lot of energy so we continued on the boulder trail. We did however find out somethimg we wanted to know and that was where does the Jesus valley trail come on major. It actually comes up and intersects at the western approach of the brook trail about 1000 ft above where the brook intersects with the Mr Major/Straight back link trail. We were happy to learn that.
