Parking/Access Road Notes: Diana's Bath parking lot almost full at 4 PM.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Ones near Red Ridge junction rock hoppable. Others barely flowing.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Quite a few blowdowns along flats of Red Ridge Trail - probably best done with a chainsaw. Moat Mountain Trail from Red Ridge to North Moat very grown in and has a few blowdowns as well. All trails in need of fresh blazing.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Some scrambles may be tough for some dogs, especially just a bit south of North Moat.
Bugs
Bugs: Minimal
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found one Nalgene near the top of the Red Ridge Trail, but didn't have any room to stash it in my small backpack, so it remains on the trail.

Comments
Comments: Trail was mobbed up to Diana's Bath. Beyond there, very quiet. Care needs to be taken to follow the trail, as the blazes are quite faded. Reblazing or cairn building would go a long way. Trails and ledges were all dry. A few minor mud patches near some water crossings. Trip report link to be posted in the next few days.
