Though I saw some hikers bare booting it, I wouldn't recommend it. Some had said they'd fallen. Lots of ice, some of it with granular snow making for decent traction. Some lengthy areas of fairly bullet proof ice that probably can be avoided with bush whacking but much easier to handle by wearing traction. |
