No blowdowns. Trail is presumably in good shape beneath the foot of ice. |

Probably tricky for most dogs with all the ice. |

None despite 60F temps. |

 | Comments: |
Road walk is bare now. After a half mile or so, the trail is covered with increasing depths of hard ice, beautiful but treacherous. In many places, the ice extends far into the woods on either side of the trail. Even with traction, tree-pulling is the only ticket up. As the trees thin up high, there is mostly bare rock with some impressive ice still in the low spots. |
