Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: One water crossing... No issues. Used a pole for balance.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Blow downs along the way posed no issues. Some over grown sections but still easy to get through. Trails are in great shape.... Nothing much any trail maintainer can do about the ice.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: This can be strenuous for dogs not accustomed to miles and miles and miles. There's very little water so, now is the time to pack some in. Isis was poooped by the time we got back to the car.
Bugs
Bugs: One spider web made me pull out my ninja moves.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing.

Comments
Comments: What can I say about this hike... It's long, there's a ton of ups and downs, but it's so worth it. I started at 6am after leaving my car at Gunstock. and hiked to my car at 4pm. Just an incredible day with great views. Avoidable ice and a lot of laughs.
