Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Dropped my black size medium Microspikes off my belt just below the last ice on 19 Mile Brook Trail while shedding a layer on the way out. Turned around immediately a minute later knowing what I had done. The spikes were gone and I couldn't catch the only passer-by I had just met who was headed toward the hut.

Comments
Comments: Put on spikes just below the North Carter/Carter-Moriah junction headed clockwise. They proved useful until part way down to Carter Notch coming off of Carter Dome. There are also still large floes to contend with on 19 Mile very near Carter notch proper and the junction of Wildcat ridge trail. - So I put spikes back on for a spell and then promptly lost them...

You still need traction up here! The bare booters I met were having a tough time of it, some asking if there was a less icy way down.
