| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
the road is very bumpy if you try and take it all the way to the actual trail head parking. One can park at the end of Howe hill at the white house and road walk in about one or two tenths of a mile. |

| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant |
|
| Recommended Equipment: |

|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
all water crossings good. One of the last significant brooks has a neat rock with moss on it that we took some water from. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
I took care of a few blow downs today along the trail although there is still one significant one near the top of the trail. There is debris along the side of the trail from blow downs and such all the way up. There is also one "widow maker" of a blow down that did not fall all the way about halfway up the trail. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
no dogs today but trail would have been easy for one. |
|
| Bugs: |
bugs are out in full blown. Had to use bug spray as they were bothersome. June bug flew into the window and hit my friend in the face on the ride home! wtf! |
