 | Comments: |
The bushwhack from the top of the steep section on the Reel Brook up to the historical Kinsman Notch, which follows the powerline cut, is very, very wet right now -- quite marshy in the meadows, with dew-soaked trees in other areas. Probably best to wait to do this bushwhack on snowshoes. Great short hike, though (about 6.5 miles RT, all I had time for today, alas), with tremendous views north and south from the Notch. |
