Comments
Comments: This mountain is a gem. Had the whole mountain to myself(no humans). Plenty of critters though( black bear, white tailed deer, red squirrel, toads). The views at the top are awesome. You can see all of the Sandwich Range. Good views to the west. Spent 15 minutes roaming around the ledges but could not find the herd path for a better view north. The elevation gain of 1700 feet in 2 miles is not that bad. There are some steep spots but they only go a short distance before easing up for a short distance. Most of the hike is a steady up. On the way up there is an outlook to the left(1.26 miles up) with a good view of the lakes.
