Comments
Comments: This hike had both an on-trail and an off-trail (bushwhack) component. Mt. Resolution was one of 4 peaks that were visited. The other 3 peaks included: South Resolution (unofficial name for 3,250 ft knob south of Mt. Resolution), plus two other unnamed peaks. Some details (+photos) can be found by clicking the link at the end of this report.

MT. PARKER TRAIL (FROM A POINT ABOUT 1 MILE NORTH OF MT. PARKER TO DAVIS PATH): This segment of trail had some muddy spots. Also, there were multiple blowdowns, but all were easily negotiated in one manner or another. And, there were a areas that could use some brushing.

DAVIS PATH (FROM MT. PARKER TRAIL TO STAIRS COL TRAIL): This segment of trail had some muddy spots, but was overall in good shape.

STAIRS COL TRAIL (ENTIRE LENGTH): There are wet slippery rocks and slabs on the upper portion of this trail. There are also some muddy spots. There is one huge blowdown about midway along this trail.
