Nice hike despite the elevation gain(for a 68 year old). Bailed out of Owlshead due to the temp and humidity. Views( the whole Presidental Range) were great despite the haze. Be sure to go down the herd path. Views of the Franconia Notch with Lafyette and Cannon were awesome. Great views of the Twins,Garfield,Crawford Notch,Carrigan from this herd path. |
