Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All are easy step overs or rock hops.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is great... The AT is well traveled as is the Carriage road.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Good trail for dogs. The rocks and roots are not so big and the flat sections are of course fun for dogs. Summit is rocky but easy to climb on. Isis only struggled in the humidity... There is very little water on the ridge to the summit.
Bugs
Bugs: Nope.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing of note here.

Comments
Comments: My 10th visit to the Moose and we headed up the AT to get that section done. I will say that while it's an easy trail, it's not my favorite approach over all. Isis and I enjoyed the day visiting with Thru Hikers and day hikers alike. No views but this is Moose I am talking about. You are lucky if you get one sue to the constant clouds. All in all a good day.
