some blowdowns and sloppy spots and a few hard to follow places too. covell mt. sign is in rough shape. the letters are more missing than not. |

even though hard to follow at times, I had a good time on this trail. it is well blazed in yellow and mostly quite visible. care is advisable. there is quite a view at the HOL and the summit is only about 50 yds. north of HOL. there is a yellow X at the summit and a white pill bottle put there by john gutowski on 6/3/16. the jar was w/o a top and full of water and the register missing. easy return via the trail. good day and only 3 more to go on the nh300 list. |
