Parking/Access Road Notes: Other than railroad workers, had the whole parking lot to myself.

Surface Conditions: Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Ice - Breakable Crust, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Above freezing temps meant rocks were not icy, so both crossings were relatively easy rock hops. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: I counted 5 blowdowns between Field and Willey, 3 between Field and A-Z, and a couple on A-Z Trail between Mt. Tom Spur and Avalon Trail.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found and carried out: a nice wool mitten, a glove, Tootsie roll wrappers, a Stabilicer, and some duct tape.  
 
Comments
Comments: The forecast was gloomy, dark, and dismal, so WTF it was. I barebooted the entire way although some folks would be more comfortable in light traction here and there. Would definitely bring spikes. Started to drizzle with 2-3 miles to go, so out came the umbrella. Had these trails to myself today.
