Comments
Comments: Beautiful late November day. Felt more like early October weather. Parked at Appalachia and made our way to the Spur trail to head up to Adams. The trails were in good shape, lots of slippery leaves but we took no serious tumbles. We didn't see snow until just below tree line, and the snow we did see was not hard to navigate on/around. After tagging Adams and then Madison, we headed down Valley Way where there was more ice than snow. My buddy put his on but I never did. Wasn't a bad idea either way. Fantastic, rare gem of a day for a November hike!
