Parking/Access Road Notes: Lots of space available at both Gordon Pond trail head (rt. 112) and Beaver Brook.

Surface Conditions: Ice - Black, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Significant 
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment: Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Difficult water crossings on Gordon Pond Trail. Avoided first crossing by hiking over the snowmobile bridge along power line and then hiking along the river to trail intersection 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Gordon Pond trail still in good condition, but blazes are few and far between. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Some difficult water crossing for dogs on Gordon Pond Trail, especially at cascades. Thanks to Fran Reuben was make it across safely.
