Parking/Access Road Notes: WMNF road to parking area unreliable and didn't not want to risk getting stuck. Recommend parking at end of Howe Hill Road

Comments
Comments: Lower level about 6 inches of powder over a few patches of ice. More (~8 inches) farther up.
Rough going with micro-spikes (no gaiters) Snow shoes better.
I expect trail will get packed soon unless more snowfall.
Howe Hill side is generally colder than AccuWeather predicts.
Surprising good cell phone signal strength on summit.
