| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
There were several parking spaces at the temporary lot about a mile in. There is much activity associated with the Ravine Lodge construction (traffic, equipment, materials) and care is needed not to impact the operation. Today, there was a large crane parked at the hikers' lot that needed space for its eventual deployment. |

Special thanks to Snowflea for her timely report last night, typically thorough, that enabled us to change trail plans and cruise up today!
Wonderful hike with Chris. Great views, reasonable temperature/wind. Trip ends out being a little over 9 miles RT from the temp lot. |
