Nice 1/1 hike, up Wapack and down Marion Davis. For all of the cars in the lot, there wasn't much evidence of foot traffic on the Wapack. It was broken out but not consolidated. I wore snowshoes and my GF wore spikes, either was fine. Snow was sticky and balling up during the ascent. We had lunch in the shelter than descended via Marion Davis, which was a well-packed and solid sidewalk. Got a late 1pm start, so we didn't see too many people. :) |
