Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: The trailhead parking lot is not plowed and is covered with about half a foot of icy crust/hardpack. That said, we were able to drive up it, with care, in a front-wheel drive passenger trail with snow tires. (As an alternative, plowed parking can be found across the street at Wellington State Park.)

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Ice - Black, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Ice - Blue, Ice - Breakable Crust, Snow - Wet/Sticky
