Lots of small sticks and debris in first 3 miles. A couple of easily stepped over/around blowdowns. Well packed trail |

Didn't see any, but up to hut would be easy and up to summits for experienced dogs. Lots of ice patches so may need booties. |

Awesome trip up to the hut via Valley Way. Spikes the whole way. I opted for crampons above treeline, but saw a number of people who stuck with spikes the whole day. Took Gulfside to backside of Adams and took the short way (Star Lake) to the summit. Descended the same way. Got off Gulfside by accident on way there and ended up on Great Gully for a bit until I realized my mistake. Easy to get back over to the junction. Quick trip coming down. |
