Great day, team of 4 breaking trail, snow shoes from start to finish, bare booted the road walk. A few inches of fresh powder down low, 6+ up high w/minor drifting, trail looked great until 4 bare booters came up post holing, the trail cleaned up nice on our way out, sun getting snow sticky and trail seemed to firm up down low for the first 2 miles, but up high on signal ridge still lots of loose powder, and it's going to be a little messy from the late day bare booters. Great day in the spring sun, gorgeous on the summit! |
