Comments
Comments: Good day to be on Monadnock today... White Arrow is a quick hike, even with the mile road walk. Trail is choppy down low and still full of ice. Saw many out with summer foot wear (tennis shoes) and summer cloths (shorts). While it is Spring down low, it is still very much winter up top. I used spikes and was fine. Others whose to turn back at the more icy spots. Winds were 30mph up top today and I did not stay long on the summit. A good way to test the weight of my LT pack today.
