| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
DOT had made a quick run through the lot and left snowbanks in many or the parking spaces. The banks were melting when I left and given the forecast I expect the parking spaces will open up. There is too much snow in the normally grassy areas so overflow parking is going to be tough for awhile. |

| Comments: |
I used MSRs all the way up OBP, love those televators. Most folks were using microspikes. The trail stops at the winter bypass before it wraps around to the NW side of the summit. The entire ridge is covered with snow with little rock showing. It was windy day on the ridge.
Falling Waters lived up to its name, the trees had significant snowcover from snow on Saturday. It was raining melt water from Haystack about half way down to the stream. Trail bed was in good shape heading down FW. |
