Jefferson Notch Rd is snow covered. Some spots icy where sun has melted the snow, only to re-freeze later. Drive carefully. |

One small blow-down, easily stepped around, after bog bridges before steeps going in. |

| Comments: |
Snow depth at trailhead 2-3", increasing with elevation of course. The deepest snow seemed to be between the last Cap and the junction with the Cornice Trail where it is about 8". Careful consideration needed for foot placement as the rime and snow cover the deeper holes between the rocks. Light traction essential. |
