 | Comments: |
The trails were quite wet and muddy today, with some patches of standing water. Near and at the top, the trees, cell towers, and the fire tower were covered in rime ice. No ice on the summit itself or any of the trails, although the steps to the top deck of the fire tower were icy. It also snowed for about half the hike. Very unusual for May, but it was nice to wear my winter coat and hat again, not gonna lie.
Thanks to Chad P. for a great hike! |
