Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No issues working around water on trail, and crossings were straightforward.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few fallen trees lay on the Hi-Cannon Trail, about .23 miles up from Lonesome Lake Trail. Easy to work around. Removed some larger branches, mostly on Lonesome Lake Trail.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: None - a little cool for them, high 50s. Did encounter black flies earlier in the day, at the Peak Above the Nubble trailhead (FR 304A, off Haystack Road).
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Picked up about 20 pieces of trash, mostly very small. Did remove an old glass jar and a very old sardine can -- complete with a key roller opening contraption, intact -- on the NE Cannon Ball summit.

Comments
Comments: Second of two NE 100 peaks today, PAtN being the first. Cool temps, high in the upper 50s, and cloudy, but a real nice day to bang these out. Trail conditions are real good, not overly wet. Snow and ice are all but gone, at least under 4000 feet. Saw remnants of a monorail at the col between Cannon and NE Cannon Ball, but it seems limited to that low point.
