Not a problem on the hike itself, but they were awful at the trailhead! Bring repellent, bug net, flamethrower, whatever does the job. |

The trails from the north side, aside from some very minor wet and muddy areas, were bone dry and in great shape. Lots of people enjoying the nice day. |
