Got a late (12:30pm) start since it's such a short hike. Chose to wear the clunky mountaineering boots today just to get used to them again for mid June. Trail was wet/muddy down lower, but once you get to the first viewpoint when the trail turns right it's pretty dry. Nice day out -- rain held off until the drive home. |
