Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: We did a car spot on Bangor Street. Lot at end of Street is small, and was full. More parking available under power lines shortly before end of street. Only 1-2 cars in Stony Brook lot.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Unbridged crossings on Stony Brook Trail were rock-hoppable 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few duck-unders on Stony Brook trail. Trail maintainer was working the Carter-Moriah Trail between Mt. Surprise and Moriah (Thanks!)

Dog-Related Notes:  
Bugs
Bugs: No problems until about half-way down Carter-Moriah Trail from Mt. Moriah. Then they were difficult, especially if you stood still for more than a minute.

Comments: We ascended via Stony Brook and descended C-M Trail to Bangor Street. Saw no one until the summit of Moriah.
