Water Crossing Notes: No significant crossings

Trail Maintenance Notes: There is one blowdown above the ledges that could stand to at least be trimmed a bit.

Dog-Related Notes: There is a lot of ice on the upper section of the trail. A dog could slip on some of the ledges

Comments: Traction is definitely recommended for the upper section of the trail, especially for the descent. There is a lot of ice on the trail above the open ledges.

Up to the open ledges this is a nice autumn hike. Above the ledges the conditions are more winter like although there is not yet much snow.
